• bananabay is experimental beta/testing software.
• Use the Service only for testing, feedback, and authorized, security-conscious research.
• The Service is not medical, nutritional, fitness, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• Do not use the Service for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, medical decisions, legal decisions, financial decisions, or other high-stakes decisions.
• Content and Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, misleading, unavailable, or unsuitable.
• Do not enter sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identifying information into app content fields.
• You must be at least 21 years old and located in the United States to use the Service.

By enrolling in, creating an account, logging in to, accessing, or using bananabay, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply while bananabay is in an early testing stage. They set the rules for accessing and testing the Service.

• "Service" means bananabay websites, apps, features, interfaces, APIs, and related services.
• "Content" or "Outputs" means information shown or generated by the Service, including predictions, suggestions, summaries, calculations, labels, charts, classifications, and data analysis.
• "User Content" means information a user submits, enters, uploads, stores, or transmits through the Service.
• "Third-Party Services" means providers used for hosting, authentication, infrastructure, networking, browsers, devices, analytics if any, and similar services.

bananabay is experimental and may change without notice. Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, reset, removed, or made unavailable.

Data may be lost, corrupted, deleted, unavailable, migrated, or reset. Do not rely on bananabay as your only record or backup, and do not store anything in bananabay that you cannot afford to lose.

Use the Service only to beta test features, send feedback, and conduct authorized, security-conscious research within the limits of these Terms.

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and located in the United States.

You may not use the Service if you are under 21 years old or located outside the United States.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify contact@bananabay.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

bananabay may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, including for misuse, unsafe behavior, policy violations, security risk, or risk to the Service or others.

bananabay is not a medical service and does not provide medical, nutritional, psychiatric, fitness, dietetic, or other professional health advice.

Always consult a qualified physician or appropriate licensed professional before changing your diet, exercise, medication, treatment, or health-related routines.

Nothing in the Service should be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any disease, condition, eating disorder, injury, symptom, or health concern.

Do not use bananabay to pursue food restriction, compensate for eating, manage an eating disorder, or replace professional care.

Food, inventory, nutrition, meal, and routine-related information is informational and organizational only.

Suggestions should be understood as software-generated organization or filtering based on user inputs, available inventory, selected preferences, or imported data, not professional advice.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, mislabeled, unavailable, or unsuitable. This includes generated text, calculations, predictions, suggestions, recommendations, charts, food facts, labels, classifications, and imported third-party data.

You are responsible for verifying food labels, ingredients, allergens, nutrition information, expiration dates, storage safety, availability, and suitability before relying on anything shown by the Service.

bananabay does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, or suitability.

Do not use bananabay for emergencies or for medical, safety-critical, legal, financial, operational, or other high-stakes decisions.

Do not rely on the Service as your only source of truth for food safety, health, availability, planning, or any decision that matters.

If a decision matters, verify it independently and consult appropriate professionals.

Do not submit personal or sensitive information into app content fields, inventory records, food logs, notes, uploads, names, or other user-generated content.

Examples include legal names, addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, medical records, insurance details, financial information, diagnoses, treatment information, or other sensitive personal data.

Account and authentication information may be processed by bananabay and its service providers to operate access, authentication, security, and infrastructure. The Privacy page describes the current data-handling posture.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant bananabay a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use User Content only as needed to operate, secure, debug, improve, and provide the Service.

You may send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas about the Service.

bananabay may use feedback without restriction or compensation. Do not include confidential or sensitive information in feedback.

bananabay does not sell user information and is not built around selling user data.

bananabay does not control Third-Party Services. Third-Party Services may process information under their own terms and policies.

Examples may include Vercel, Clerk, browsers, internet service providers, hosting providers, device vendors, infrastructure providers, and similar providers.

See the Privacy page for current data-handling information. Do not treat the Service as a place to store sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identifying information.

You may not:

• violate laws or use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• access or attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or areas you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with Service operation or attack, overload, disrupt, or degrade infrastructure;
• abuse authentication, authorization, rate limits, or account systems;
• scrape, crawl, or automate excessively;
• upload malware, harmful code, or hostile payloads;
• exfiltrate, modify, delete, or disclose data that is not yours;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your access, identity, or affiliation;
• store sensitive personal, medical, financial, or identifying information in the Service.

Security research is allowed only if it is legal, limited, non-destructive, and transparent. Scope is limited to bananabay-operated properties unless otherwise stated.

Researchers must avoid accessing, modifying, deleting, or disclosing data that is not theirs.

Do not perform denial-of-service testing, spam, social engineering, phishing, physical attacks, persistence, malware, or attacks against Third-Party Services.

Stop testing and report immediately if you encounter non-public data. Report issues to contact@bananabay.xyz.

No bounty, compensation, or safe harbor is promised unless a separate written policy says so.

bananabay and its products, services, features, interfaces, policies, availability, and access rules may change without notice.

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, reset, removed, or discontinued.

bananabay may restrict, suspend, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms, security risk, operational risk, or misuse.

Suspension or termination does not require bananabay to preserve, export, or restore User Content.

bananabay and its software, interfaces, branding, design, and content are owned by bananabay or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the Service only under these Terms.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the Service.

bananabay may comply with valid legal process, court orders, subpoenas, warrants, and other legally binding requests when required.

The Service is provided as-is and as-available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bananabay disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and suitability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bananabay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bananabay is not liable for lost data, lost profits, service interruption, reliance on Outputs, Third-Party Services, unauthorized access, inability to use the Service, or harms arising from use of the Service.

bananabay may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date identifies the current version.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

No state-specific governing-law provision is included until an operator legal entity and state are configured.

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
